Munee has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with our Munee item(s), we will replace, exchange, or refund your product. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage you to try the product in the first two weeks after your purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will do our best to initiate a refund to your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card, depending on your card issuer's policies.
To return an item for a complete refund, please package it preferably in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Exchanges and Replacements
If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge.
